The Inner Peace Award

Inner Peace Award
Nominated by Kerry Mitchell http://kerrycmitchell.com
The rules of this award are to say why you choose to accept it, and then pass it on to others.
This is probably more difficult than others – why, because I’m not sure I deserve this. My Inner Peace is challenged on an almost daily basis, by eruptions of pain, stress, upset, anger.. all of which are initiated by and then directed at the Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, and so on.
I consider myself a “work in progress.” All my studies have been prompted by a desire to understand not only myself but others and ultimately how to help people –which includes me. I have always wanted to help people. For those of you who have read my police stories, and my grand “In Search” saga…and there are many more ‘in here’ to be written, my sole purpose was then and still is, to help those who were not in a position to do what I can do and therefore help them. If that sounds pompous or grand – it isn’t it’s simply the easiest way I know to describe how I feel.
If my writing, comments or presence (when I’m about), can bring a smile to someone’s face and lighten their load then I’ve had a good day. On that premise I can accept the award. As I said, I’m a work in progress and if they had a 12 step program I’d be forever slipping and working my way back up again.
Inner Peace is a state of mind and well as being, in my humble opinion. I have much to learn but I have some amazing people who I listen to and take what is right for me, at that time, and off we go. In light of that I now pass this award on.
Tammy from http://tlohuis.wordpress.com/
Walk with me on my journey of illness to the road of happiness and a life of fulfillment!
Tammy is an awesome person who, whilst struggling with various chronic illnesses, doesn’t let that stop her as she blogs about finding the positives in life, engaging in mindfulness, and learning more about the “wise mind”. (I’m searching for that!).
Nicole at http://cauldronsandcupcakes.wordpress.com.au
Wise words from a wise lady. Nicole is always ready with a story and a ‘hug and a cup of tea’ just right to lift your spirits. She is amazing. She has juggled her own battles with illness whilst still being a terrific psychic and metaphysical teacher… for some inspirational words and teaching to mouth-watering recipes – check out Nicole’s blog. You’ll wish you had been there earlier. You must try her Ice Cream Plum Pudding – it’s awesome!

The most happy go lucky, plucky girl I’ve met. She does so much to help others and always with a big smile on her face. I wish I could be half so cheerful. Her positivity and upbeat approach is wonderful to see and hear about.
Thank You one and all for being the inspirations you are.
Blessings Susan x
