Describe yourself in a word that starts with the first letter of your name.
Only One? Heavens that’s virtually impossible. So I bow to my hubby who said “Serendipitous Sorceress”, which is two so we both cheated a little.
Serendipitous – occurring or discovered by chance in a happy or beneficial way
Sorceress – a woman who practices sorcery; witch.
(Perhaps I cast a spell and he found me thus by chance?)

If 100 people your age were chosen at random, how many do you think you’d find leading a more satisfying life than yours?
Since I believe we all have our own special lives to lead I’d have to say no-one. There may be people who felt their life may be more exciting, more rewarding, more fulfilling, but I ‘d say it’s all in the way you perceive your own life. Some days I’d change mine in a flash, but then there are many more days when I wouldn’t give it away for anything, and I’m sure there would be some, perhaps many of that one hundred who would say the same.
Who knows, perhaps they all might think their lives were more satisfying than mine.

If you were a tree, would you become a book or furniture? Please describe.
If I were a tree I’d choose to be a mighty Oak tree, in which case I’d be made into beautiful furniture, lasting for years. If I could I’d stay a tree for many years though.

You are trapped in an elevator, who would you want to be trapped with?
My dog, Rusty – but that could get rather messy, so no: My Mum, but then she gets claustrophobic, – so no: In which case I’d say Og Mandino since he was an amazing man. It would be a challenge since he’s passed away but I’m sure we’d manage somehow. 🙂

Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I’m grateful that I had my first really good night’s sleep in many years and I’m looking forward to keeping that going. There is nothing like a really good refreshing sleep, free from pain. I’m really grateful for my new computer too and this is the first post on it this week. 🙂

I’ve nominated you for the Lighthouse Award. You can find the guidelines on this page:

If you accept awards, please accept this with my gratitude…if not, I get it. They are lovely, but take a long time and it’s way, way, way too difficult to only thank a few people since so many wonderful people support us on our journeys. No worries. Thank you either way. Donna

I’ve nominated you for The Sunshine Award. If you accept awards, please accept this with my sincerest regards, if not, no worries, just know that your support and blog is appreciated. While delightful, these awards do take a lot of time.
