Days pass in a blur as we try to get around all the important appointments scheduled at present. By the time we finally arrive home we are too tired to gather our scattered thoughts to do very much.
Tonight, to create a change of pace and wind down, we decided to watch Avatar. Not the same as the big screen but, as a completely diverse scenario from daily life and it did the trick. I also found out that Leona Lewis, whose singing I really enjoy, sang the theme song. So I decided to share this lovely piece of music and film with you.
Getting my scattered wits back together….. hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
Blessings, Susan ♥

Despite the not so subtle morality lecture that is that movie, I still like it and the music. Wish you a wonderful week. 🙂

I agree the morality was profiled, but I think that there was a rejection of the ideology which had sent them there and the reason they tried to ‘copy’ the indigenous people.
I found that particular scene with the tree of life and the ancestors to be very moving, which was the message I hoped to convey. For the first time the human began to see things through their eyes.
Plus, I do love Leona Lewis and her singing of the song.
Thanks for the time to comment -it is always appreciated.
