   Beware…I have done this and become hurt and angry by their non response, but then found out later that I had asked someone to step into their fear by my request. And we all know that those fears can make us do some irrational things. Speak your truth with integrity…and gently ask them to speak theirs. Then you will know and understand both your journeys. Namaste

   The poem and the quote work SO WELL together..! Bit of a litmus test for friendship, not that a friendship should need one. Another way to describe it is ‘fair weather friends’..
